How many prospects can you contact per month on LinkedIn?
Between 400 and 800 depending on your plan, and the safety ceiling is weekly: LinkedIn cuts around 200 invitations over seven days, 40 a day at most. At that pace you pass 800 a month, so on a 400 quota your prospecting stops around the 10th working day.
What acceptance rate should you use in the calculation?
Between 30 and 45 percent when your targeting is right. Above 50 is excellent and usually means you are contacting people already connected to your world. Below 30, tighten the targeting before raising the volume, because a low rate is what triggers restrictions.
How many replies after an acceptance?
Around 20 to 30 percent of the people who accept will answer a well written first message. Below 15 percent, the message is the problem, not the volume.
Why does the calculator stop at up to 40 a day?
Because that is the safety ceiling above which restricted accounts become much more common. Showing a scenario at 50 a day would give a projection nobody can reach without risking their account.
